Creative solution with the balance spreader

To lift materials under an overhang, the balance spreader is the ideal solution.
With a lifting capacity of up to 1100 kg per balance spreader, we can safely lift these concrete walls under the canopy at the City Hall in Almelo.

The balance spreader is a lifting beam with a lifting hook at one end, and the adjustable ballast keeps the entire assembly in balance.
Attached to the crane, it is possible to extend up to three meters under the overhang without the hoist block and chains touching/damaging the facade.
